Founded Snyder Tech in 2010 and has led its growth from a one person operation into a multi-country technology firm. A hands on technology leader with experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity. In recent years, Ben has focused his energy on software development, AI transformation, and DevOps, personally driving the company's platform strategy and AI first operating model.

25 years of technical experience. Ran his own IT company prior to joining Snyder to lead the IT practice since 2018. Responsible for client delivery, service operations, and field team management across the managed services practice, the company's core revenue driver.

10 years with Snyder and one of the earliest employees. Has worn many hats over the years, from accounting and customer service to project management, sales, HR, and everything in between. Oversees day to day operations, aligning teams, designing systems, and building relationships across all business lines.

Longest tenured engineer on the ITMSP team. Designs and maintains Snyder's core IT infrastructure, including datacenter environments, internal systems, and client operations. Holds comprehensive admin access and system knowledge across the organization. Joe sets the bar for deep technical knowledge in multiple areas for our IT and Managed Services practice.

Leads all Snyder Technologies activities in India, including ITMSP growth, Microsoft CSP business development, the staffing practice, and office administration. Primary liaison between US leadership and India operations. Driving expansion of Snyder's managed services footprint and partner channel across India.

Homegrown talent, trained and developed internally under direct mentorship from Ben Snyder. Leads enterprise development for our largest product development client, manages a team of developers, and is a key architect behind meritOS and our broader platform strategy.
